A lot more together.

1. Open Family.
2. Select Create a new account.
3. Enter your own email address and a new password of at least 8 characters for ActiveSphera.
4. Tap Create account.
5. If confirmation is required, open the email and follow its confirmation link.
6. Return to the app, select I already have an account and sign in.
Each parent uses their own account; children do not need one. This does not ask for your Expo, Google or Apple account password.

If you organise a new family: after signing in, enter the family name and select Create family and upload events. The family profiles and app events on this phone are uploaded; external calendars are not.
If you received an invitation: do NOT create another family. Use Received invitation code and Join family instead. This connects you to the same family calendar.

1. Create the family as its organiser.
2. Add an adult profile if needed, for example Dad.
3. Select their profile under Invite parent. The checkmark means selected, not that they have accepted.
4. Enter the invited parent’s OWN email address.
5. Tap Create invitation code.
6. Use Share invitation to send it through WhatsApp or email. Creating a code does not automatically send an email.
7. The invited parent accepts it on their own phone. An active family trial or plan is required when creating and accepting the invitation.

1. Install ActiveSphera Family on your own phone.
2. In Family, register or sign in with EXACTLY the email address used for the invitation. Confirm your email if required.
3. Do not create a separate family.
4. Paste the complete code into Received invitation code.
5. Tap Join family.
6. Open Calendar to see family events allowed by your sharing permissions.
Codes last seven days and only work with the specified email. A new code invalidates the previous one. Your personal events are retained but are not automatically added to the family.

Check your email address and Spam/Junk folder. Return to the app after confirming your email and sign in. For invitations, use the exact invited email address and the complete, latest code. Ask the organiser for a new code if it has expired. If you already created a separate family, contact support before deleting any data.

Open Calendar and add an event. Enter its title, date and start/end times, then choose the family member and responsible adult. Use weekly repetition for regular activities. Review any conflict warning before saving. Repeated occurrences can be edited individually.

Allow notifications on your phone when prompted. Reminder delivery depends on your phone's notification and battery settings. Open the app regularly to keep upcoming reminders up to date.

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. To delete your account, open the account deletion section, enter your current password and the confirmation text shown by the app. Read the consequences carefully: deleting the last joined adult's account may also delete the family and its shared data.
